At FROGUE™, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return and Exchange window

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your request is approved, you'll receive an email confirmation, and our courier partner will schedule a pickup within 24–48 hours.

2. Reverse Pickup & Logistics

  • Pickup will be attempted twice.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area or fails both times, you’ll be required to self-ship the item. (Instructions will be provided.)
  • All items must pass a quality check before the return or exchange is processed.

3. Exchange Process

  • If your requested size is unavailable, we will contact you to confirm the availability of another item before proceeding.
  • Delivery for exchange items typically takes 7-10 working days.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after deducting delivery charges, once the item passes QC.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method, unless stated otherwise.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us using the details below.

6. Product Defect Reporting

  • Issues like color bleeding, print cracks, or stitching flaws must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • If reported on time, we’ll arrange pickup and resolve it accordingly.

7. Return Eligibility Conditions

Your return/exchange will only be accepted if:

  • The product doesn't fit, is defective, or has missing parts/accessories.
  • It is unused, unwashed, and in original saleable condition.
  • Tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • There are no signs of use, such as perfume, stains, or damage.
  • Sets must be returned as a complete set.

Note: We reserve the right to reject requests that don’t meet the above conditions.
